SHIPPING POLICY
Just a friendly reminder, we only ship out orders twice a week. Once order ships, your package should arrive 3-4 business days. It may arrive sooner if you are local to us.
At INC Coffee Roasters, our coffee is roasted fresh weekly. Coffee's peak freshness is 1-2 weeks after the roast date and it is best to let the beans sit about one week after the roast date. Coffee beans are still considered consumable and fresh up to 8 months after the roast date if stored properly.
Each order has a flat rate shipping fee and we are currently unable to ship international orders

If you are dissatisfied with your INC Coffee Roasters purchase in any way, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at inccoffeeroasters@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to get things fixed!
Please note that we can not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. Our return policy pertains strictly to merchandise
